Notes from the cubicle

October 11, 2007

I have been spending my days working in a tiny cubicle in our local library. I quite like the routine, am really more productive with my thesis and I get a morning/afternoon walk of 2km in each direction. Which feels good regardless of the boringness of the path – I pass most of the bad/ugly buildings that were built in Kamnik over the last five years. Am amazed at how many people actually come to the library to browse through magazines and use the Internet. Perhaps equally amazed as the librarians whose puzzled faces reveal their wondering who is this person and what is he doing, coming here day after day. I do wonder if one of them will beak down and ask :)))
The pic is actually from antique bookstore in Tartu.
