No, I wasn’t carried by stork

It is frightening how many (baby-related) things one forgets. And surprising how lively they come back. The routines, moves, smells, colours, sounds, or my favorite, the irresistable calmness of a sleeping baby in your arms.

Oooo! I hope this is not a sign of post natal stress.
The image looks like a baby and stork have been thrown against a wall and left an impression.
Comment by razzbuffnik October 23, 2009 @ 9:41 pmNo worries mate, it is just wall decoration in front of maternity hospital. We are doing fine – all four of us still adjusting to all things new.
But this forgetting thing is really amazing. Plus things tend to be so different. I remember when carrying T. for the first few months, she felt heavy, now K. seems light as a feather (as am used to hand transportation of 14 smiling kilos).
Comment by grasswire October 23, 2009 @ 10:50 pmAs for the title, I really hated when I was a kid and people would say/ask me if it was the stork that “brought me”? Morons was what I wanted to say back to them.
