As the clouds cleared away during the day, we spotted snow on the Alps. It was a pretty sight – with light greens of the fresh mountain grass, the greys of the rocks and a dash of white on the peaks. Not to mention the clearest blue sky in a perfect late afternoon. Just before the sky cleared up, you could see the tiniest snowflakes swirling between last raindrops, so tiny and light that they didn’t go straight to the ground but hesitated a bit before their metamorphosis. No pics of this though, jealously keeping the sight for ourselves. You get a poster from my way to work instead.
Ha, the new umbilical cord for my laptop arrived today and we are back on…
In the meantime, we had a charming regular check-up for Tamara. Well, it was Tamara who made all the charming. When a nurse gave her a rattle to test how she can hold an object in her hand, she grabbed it by her left, than put it in her right hand and to nurse’s amazement, started rattling. And to the question does she roll over to her tummy, she started crawling. And than at the end of examination after she had shown almost all of her tricks, she grabbed her medical file that the doctor was holding in her arms, which was really like saying, give me this and we are out of here. Cute little beast.
